Terms and Conditions
The Following Terms and Conditions Apply to All Rentals:
Deposit Policy:
25% at booking
50% at 90 days (additional 25%)
Payment in full at 30 days
Payments include applicable taxes
On-Line booking will automatically
charge your card if not paid in full sooner.
Units 7 and 19 minimum rental 3 nights. For all other units, minimum 7 nights rental during Peak Season (Jan-Apr) and 3 nights the rest of the year.
Cancellation Policy - Refunds for cancellations will be given as follows:
Peak Season (Jan-Apr)
Full refund 90 days before check-in
Off Season (May-Dec)
Full refund 60 days before check-in
Prorated refunds are given only if unit is re-rented after the full refund period.
Refunds subject to a 10% service fee and applicable taxes.

We are a tobacco-free facility (the use of
Cigars, Cigarettes, E-Cigarettes, and
Chewing Tobacco are not permitted in rooms or on the property).

No pets allowed on premises.
·
Units 16 and 20 are adults only.
· Cleaning and housekeeping fees are included (fresh towels are provided midweek for at least 7 night stay and fresh linens are provided if your stay is longer than 7 nights).
· Reservation confirmation affirms your consent to and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

No refunds for interruptions in the Free Wi-Fi.
·
Check-in time is 3 p.m. We cannot promise early
check-ins.
·
Checkout time is 10 a.m. We cannot promise late
checkouts.
·
No refunds for late arrival or early departure.
· Most major credit cards are accepted (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amex) or call to make ACH payment arrangements.

Rates subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to assess you for the
actual cost to repair or replace damage to the unit, unit appliances, unit contents, association equipment or facilities that are not normal wear and tear.
